Job Summary
Arrive on time in proper uniform with a complete bar kit to assist with loading, unloading, and setting up the bar area. Prepare garnishes, stock supplies, and create memorable events by providing professional, attentive service while checking guest identification and following responsible alcohol service guidelines. Mix beverages accurately using proper measurements and company standards, respond promptly to guest and supervisor requests, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Break down your station and pack items in accordance with company and host standards. Work collaboratively with the team, follow assigned directions, and execute duties accurately with minimal supervision. Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and short-notice events. Must hold BASSET and food handler's certification.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must maintain a BASSET
- Must maintain a food handler's certification
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Requires frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to actively engage and communicate with clients, guests, and team members throughout the event
