Job Summary
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, mix cocktails, and serve snacks to patrons while checking identification for legal compliance. Interact with guests to take orders, assess preferences, and make recommendations, ensuring a timely greeting and safe environment. Restock bar inventory, process cash and credit card transactions, and manage monthly liquor inventories and sundries. Maintain cleanliness in the bar and liquor room, operate the point-of-sales system, and receive new liquor products. Work assigned schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience in the desired job
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently
