Job Summary
Set custom bars, execute cocktails, and take orders for guests during events and at the bartop. Monitor alcohol consumption, manage cash tills, and restock beverages to par levels. Slice fruit for garnishes and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while assisting with setup and cleanup. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21 or older with at least two years of bartending experience in large-volume environments. Serve Safe certification provided if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment
- Has demonstrated skills, knowledge and competency in the areas of service, mixology, wine and beer
- At least 2 years extensive bartending experience in large volume environments
- Must be able to work independently
- Must always present a hospitality mentality--warm and generous, calm under pressure
- TIPS and Serve Safe certifications
- Must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
