Job Summary
Event Bartenders at Brooklyn Winery are responsible for positive guest interactions, assisting guests with beverage selections, mixing beverages with a range of ingredients, preparing garnishes, verifying age requirements, maintaining bar areas and inventory, and ensuring sanitation and health guidelines are followed. They support event setup/teardown, attend trainings, assist with training of new staff, and provide excellent guest experiences through friendly, professional service and knowledge of wine and cocktails.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of wine
- Knowledge of traditional and creative cocktails
- Ability to verify identification and age requirements
- Experience in hospitality or bartending (implied)
