Job Summary
This part-time Event Bartender role requires at least one year of bartending experience in high-volume settings and involves preparing and serving beverages for various events such as weddings and corporate functions. Responsibilities include setting up bar stations, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service policies. Candidates should be able to work under pressure, possess excellent customer service skills, and hold a TIPS certification or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year bartending experience in high-volume events, banquets, or entertainment venues
- Familiarity with standard cocktails, beer, wine, and event-style bar packages
- Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during peak service
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
