Event Bar/Concessions Worker

Job Summary
Set up and break down inventory at assigned bar/concession stands, preparing garnishes, mixers, and polishing barware before and after every event. Handle cash registers using the Clover point of sale system and finalize inventory and sales closeout sheets while ensuring all health codes and alcohol compliance policies are followed. Serve customers in accordance with Legend Global alcohol policy and maintain positive client relationships, working closely with barbacks to keep stations fully stocked. Must be 21 years or older, hold a current New Mexico Alcohol Beverage Control Server and Food Handlers Certificate, and pass a background check. Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of mixology
- Attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of bar operations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment at a quick pace
- Comfortable with Cash handling and following cash handling procedures
- Comply with current health codes and alcohol compliance
- Possess a current New Mexico Alcohol Beverage Control Server and Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Walking the length of the facility
- Standing for long periods of time
- Work outside for some events
- Daily lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Reaching and stooping
- Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination
