Event Associate - PT

Job Summary
This part-time position requires event associates to ensure all details of events such as weddings and corporate gatherings are executed as promised to the clients. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, communicating schedules and expectations to guests and event staff, and assisting with the overall flow of events. Candidates must have prior experience in events or customer service, be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in events, customer service, or similar background required
- Must be able to follow direction and perform assigned duties without immediate direct supervision
- Must be able to work closely with others in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interface at all levels
- Capable of working 10-15 evening hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance
