Job Summary
Event Associate responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall conference experience. Core responsibilities include supplier research and management, contract negotiations, budget review, event planning (sponsored VIP events, meals, after-hours activities), coordinating with venue staff, providing on-site support, internal team support (queries and inventory), quality checks on promotional materials, and organizing a 40-person volunteer team. Growth-oriented, detail-focused operator with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, willing to travel for conferences. Role based in London HQ with UK work permit required.
