Event Associate

Provide thoughtful product recommendations fitting each athlete's skill level and drive the highest level of customer service. Assist the Field Lead/Coach with in-store sport events, sponsored camps, and clinics while building relationships with local schools and community organizations. Conduct one-on-one teammate conversations, facilitate group training sessions, and lead role-play exercises to coach staff on delivering the store vision. Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, adhere to loss prevention standards, and promote company programs including warranty sales and loyalty initiatives.
