Job Summary
Temporary Event Assistant to support experiential events team, collaborating with Video, PR, Client Success, and Sales; manage event-related deliveries of wine, spirits, and supplies; coordinate with Tasting department and warehouse; assist with guest lists, registration, and on-site logistics; maintain event documentation and tracking of delivery timelines; support creation of event materials and post-event reports; hybrid schedule with on-site two days per week at Valhalla headquarters, evenings/weekends as needed; role emphasizes organization, communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to deliver successful brand activations and client-sponsored events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or hospitality preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a support or internship role within events or media
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, Eventbrite, video conferencing platforms (Zoom and Google Meet), and email marketing platforms (Attentive) is a plus
Desired Qualifications
