Job Summary

Event Assistant supports the event planning and sales team while executing on-site venue and event coordination at Judson Mill and The 405. Responsibilities include assisting with client communications (phone/email), updating client notes, timelines, layouts, invoices, proposals, and payment schedules, scheduling client meetings, completing automated CRM tasks, overseeing vendor approval/tracking, touring potential clients to sell spaces/services, compiling reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) on sales and customer satisfaction, assisting with wedding coordination, running errands, and serving as an expert on company products/services. Venue Captain responsibilities include leading events at the venues with attention to detail, managing staff, ensuring successful set-up, execution, and breakdown, coordinating with clients and outside vendors, addressing emergencies, maintaining life safety plans, and supporting off-site events. Typical schedule is office and venue-based with 1–3 evening/weekend shifts per week; requires a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, ability to drive between locations, and the aptitude to lift 50lbs; must be at least 21 and available for regular nights, weekends, and holidays.
