Job Summary
As an Event Appointment Setter, you’ll represent Bathing Solutions of Southern California at local home shows, fairs, festivals, and retail locations to engage homeowners, educate them about bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team. Responsibilities include engaging attendees, generating leads, and scheduling qualified in-home appointments; promoting products professionally; setting up and breaking down event displays; traveling to events within the local market; maintaining a positive appearance; working with the Events Coordinator; managing event materials and marketing assets; creating a welcoming booth environment. Compensation includes a starting pay of $20 per hour, guaranteed 20–30 hours per week, and a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment leading to a completed demonstration/consultation; paid training; and advancement opportunities. Weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable personal vehicle are required, with travel to scheduled events throughout the territory. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling in Southern California (Murrieta/Temecula area).
