Event and Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and manage Stayntouch's annual event and field marketing strategy, including major trade shows, regional conferences, sponsorships, and approximately 40 regional events. Build the event calendar, define objectives and activation plans, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and regional leaders to align events with priority markets. Manage the full event lifecycle from contracts and logistics to on-site execution, while overseeing budgets, vendor negotiations, and team preparation. Drive pre-event marketing through digital campaigns and sales outreach, establish lead capture processes, and conduct post-event reviews to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
- Experience managing a large portfolio of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, field events, and executive or customer events
- The ability to connect event activity to broader marketing, sales, relationship-building, and revenue goals
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several complex programs at the same time
- A hands-on approach and willingness to manage both strategy and detailed execution
- Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and working with agencies and vendors
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and event technology platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on event performance and ROI
- The ability to travel occasionally and support events that may take place outside standard business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience in B2B SaaS, hospitality technology, travel, or the hotel industry
