Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests attending Patriots games, training camp, and special events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor. Educate attendees on facilities and event operations while ensuring a first-rate guest experience. Assist with event promotions, including distribution of premium items, and support staff during setup, teardown, and registration tasks. Work outdoors in all weather conditions during extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to all home Patriots Games, a minimum of 5 Patriots Events/Special Events, 5 total Training Camp days (weekdays/weekends)
- Required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
- Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
- Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team in a highly professional manner
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Will work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold
