Job Summary
Event Administration & Content Support Coordinator role supporting Content Managers responsible for crafting intellectual content of corporate events. Duties include preparing event materials (online/print), documenting and distributing event information, managing Content Managers' calendars and deadlines, conducting targeted research, overseeing speaker communication, coordination and logistics, and onsite event administration and execution. In-person role based in Nicosia, Cyprus; requires strong English, administrative/office coordination experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
- Associate Degree or higher in Administrative Studies/ Office Administration/ Business Administration would be considered a strong advantage.
- Administrative, office coordination or customer service experience (minimum 2 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, professional communication, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
