Job Summary
Event Activation Team member to support Miami Dolphins game day activations and fan experiences at Hard Rock Stadium, including setup and breakdown of Grand Plaza activations, covering nine home games (including preseason) for 2026, and opportunities to work other events (Training Camp, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix). Position requires weekend/holiday availability, physical ability to stand/move outdoors, and potential for inclusion in the Brand Ambassador program to support partnerships and off-site activations.
Required Qualifications
- Must commit to entire Miami Dolphins home schedule and potential home playoff games.
- Must commit to minimum of 2 public Miami Dolphins Training Camp days.
- Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must have reliable access to transportation.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans & front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.
- Flexible with tasks assigned for game day.
- Maintains integrity and professionalism while representing the organization.
