Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
