Job Summary
We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to work primarily evenings and weekends, focusing on providing effective mental health services. The therapist will evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, maintain a caseload of 25 clients, and ensure timely documentation according to company policies. Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold valid Pennsylvania clinical licensure. Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a diverse client base are essential. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW; LAPC and LSW accepted)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
