Job Summary
Care Professional provides essential home care across Islington and surrounding areas, delivering personalised support to service users in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming), medication support, meal preparation and mealtime assistance, mobility and equipment support, light housekeeping, and providing companionship and emotional support. You’ll also encourage social engagement, monitor health and report changes, maintain accurate documentation, respond to emergencies safely, and collaborate with families and professionals.
