Evening Unit Secretary/Brain Injury Unit

Conduct clerical support functions for the patient care unit, including environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, and data entry processing. Answer phones, greet visitors and patients, and maintain patient records while assisting in the delivery of direct nursing care as appropriate. Manage and distribute information within the office and clinical reception, troubleshooting issues and applying strong follow-up and resolution skills. Prioritize multiple tasks using Microsoft Office and adapt to new software systems. Perform duties on a 27.5-hour weekly evening shift onsite at The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation.
