Job Summary
Evening Unit Manager RN oversees nursing care for residents on the assigned unit, supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel, and manages the unit in line with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and relevant federal/state regulations. Requires nursing degree and Indiana RN/LPN licensure; leadership/mgmt experience or willingness to learn; strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams; shift from 2pm to 10pm; benefits include healthcare, retirement, PTO, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
