Job Summary
Evening Supervisor position at Opportunity Matters overseeing home-based supervision for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring Direct Support Professionals are present and knowledgeable of routines and support plans, training and coaching staff, maintaining compliance with program requirements, supervising medication administration and MARs, documenting and reporting incidents, maintaining shift coverage, and coordinating with program leadership across Sartell, St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, and St. Joseph, MN. The role involves supervising staff in the evenings and late shifts, mentoring team members, and fostering a positive living environment for persons served, with the possibility of following the home’s routines and supporting independent living skills as appropriate.
