Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during evening hours to ensure high-quality resident care and service delivery. Develop and implement staffing schedules to meet facility needs and conduct regular rounds to monitor care and identify improvements. Provide guidance to staff for policy compliance, collaborate with other departments for seamless communication, and address emerging issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of resident care and facility operations. Requires current RN licensure, minimum one year of long-term care experience including one year in a supervisory role. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and standards
