Job Summary
Evening Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day performance of all custodial personnel on the assigned shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) overseeing janitorial/custodial services per contract. Sets and enforces schedules, trains and inspects staff, ensures quality and timeliness, maintains daily logs, ensures safety and compliance with building, security, and environmental requirements, coordinates with management and inspectors, and prepares required reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in custodial supervision, valid driver’s license, and ability to supervise and develop others; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum three years’ experience in custodial supervision and administrative duties
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence with at least 3 years of validity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- English language proficiency (read, write, and speak)
