Job Summary
Evening Supervisor responsible for supervising custodial staff on the 2:00pm-10:00pm shift at the terminal cleaning areas. Oversees janitorial services, trains and inspects staff, and ensures contract compliance to meet quality and timeliness. Maintains daily logs, coordinates scheduling and inspections, and ensures safety and policy adherence. Requires a Bachelor's degree, CPR/First Aid certification, knowledge of green cleaning and regulatory standards, and at least 3 years of custodial supervision experience. Must have a valid driver's license and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on service and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements
- Knowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years in custodial supervision and administrative duties
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of building service management and related equipment/chemicals
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of valid driving history
- Acceptable driving record as per agency’s insurance policies
- Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate custodial staff
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to manage time sheets, payroll-related tasks, and reporting
- Ability to follow safety procedures and environmental requirements
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with government staff
- Ability to provide guidance and technical support
- Ability to comply with site security and safety guidelines
