Job Summary
Evening Staff Lead oversees all aspects of the club in the evening hours, supervises all flex time staff (front desk, maintenance, lifeguards, fitness and aerobics instructors, nursery attendants), enforces club policies, assists members and provides tours, handles emergencies with medical incident reporting, ensures safety and compliance, signs up new members, closes the club at 10:30pm, leaves daily task updates, performs general troubleshooting, and ensures proper staff uniform and nametags.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate required
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required or obtained within 90-days of hire
