Job Summary
Supervise and maintain the well-being of adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety at all times. Participate in daily activities including ADLs, recreation, and social engagement while addressing and redirecting inappropriate behaviors. Implement individualized treatment plan goals and objectives to support client progress. Work the evening shift from 2pm to 10pm with a one-weekend day off every other weekend. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.05 per hour, including a shift differential and sign-on bonuses. Required Qualifications
- High-school Diploma or GED
- Candidates must be at-least 21 years of age
- Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Desired Qualifications
