Job Summary
Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel during the evening shift, managing care delivery in accordance with company philosophy, professional standards, and federal/state regulations. Create a comforting atmosphere for residents while promoting interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Demonstrate clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of residents, families, and staff, utilizing leadership skills to mentor and manage team members. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
