Evening Shift Supervisor

Supervise delivery medications and treatments while overseeing RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids. Complete required admission and routine resident assessments, monitor resident conditions for safety and continuity of care, and support activities of daily living. Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families while adhering to infection control and safety standards. An active RN license in good standing is required, with experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
