Job Summary
Evening Shift Supervisor responsible for supervising Production Associates across Calcining, Cutting, Assembly, Welding, HMA and FGI Inspection to achieve safety, quality, housekeeping, throughput, and communication goals. Requires leadership in training, performance management, and adherence to policies; ensures safety, incident reporting, and monthly safety training; maintains ISO 9000 documentation, root-cause investigation and corrective actions, and efficient inventory/processes; emphasizes collaboration with other supervisors for smooth shift handovers and data tracking using MES/SOPs; ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with manufacturing supervisory experience and are able to work a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation in-person at Cleveland, TN. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field or 5 or more years manufacturing supervisory experience preferred
