Evening Shift Manager

Supervise and support the crew during evening shifts, lead by example in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service, and manage cash handling, nightly reports, and closing procedures. Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met while delegating tasks to keep the team organized during busy rushes. Handle guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and care, assist in training new team members, and work closely with management to uphold company policies and store goals. Requires 5 nights per week availability and prior restaurant or shift leader experience.
