Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control standards, and ensure equipment is in proper working order during shift. Provide an excellent guest experience, ensure great food is prepared and served, keep restaurants functional and clean, and control inventory. Complete paperwork as needed and operate the Point of Sale system. Requires a high school diploma, one year of restaurant experience, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Full-time, part-time, day, evening, and weekend shift positions vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
