Job Summary
Evening Shift LPN or RN Supervisor coordinates residents' care in accordance with Virginia DSS standards and nursing practices, as part of the nursing leadership team. Responsible for implementing and auditing quality improvement measures, mentoring and coaching nurses and CNAs across Woodland Park and Transitional Care, and completing performance reviews for supervised staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Past demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and support skills with personal care staff
