Evening Shift LPN/RN

Provide daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort for residents while ensuring restorative nursing measures are performed as ordered. Maintain open communication with nursing management regarding unit conditions, staff, residents, and visitors. Explain treatment goals and expectations to residents and families to obtain feedback and cooperation. Supervise and manage personnel on the unit, reviewing daily assignments to ensure duties align with ability and training. Review the medication system and clinical records to verify that medical records are properly maintained and updated. Assist and instruct nursing staff on special treatments and nursing care.
