Evening Server/Bartender (4pm-12am)

Evening Server/Bartender role with responsibilities across Food & Beverage service, bar operations, and kitchen-related duties. Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, taking guest orders, inputting orders into POS, delivering food and beverages, ensuring food safety and proper HACCP practices, maintaining stock and inventory, handling cash, and providing exceptional guest service. The role covers setting up and closing duties, bar setup and beverage preparation, meeting room and banquet support, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. Prior F&B experience is preferred; must be able to stand for extended periods, convey information clearly, multitask, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Location is Waltham, MA with full-time evening shifts (4pm–12am).
