Job Summary
Conduct evening room cleaning, turndown services, and special guest requests with a focus on discretion, hygiene, and attention to detail. Manage operational tasks including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and maintenance reporting while maintaining flexibility during shift-based hours from 12:00 to 23:00. Ensure seamless service and calm problem-solving for special occasions or additional supply needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel/apartments - at least 1 year, as a room attendant performing light, deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas and turndown services
- Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to work on your own
- Customer service skills
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Physical fitness and endurance
- The ability to organise your time and workload
- Operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change
- Monday to Sunday 12:00-23:00
