Job Summary
MSK radiology faculty role at Loyola University Medical Center with primary location at Maywood, IL. Responsibilities include providing radiology services across MSK imaging modalities, performing interventional procedures (joint injections/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, soft tissue/bone biopsy), and contributing to resident education and potential clinical/translational research. Options include an on-site position or a hybrid arrangement requiring some on-site presence at the Loyola main campus for procedures; intermittent evening shift and weekend plain film call duties are fulfilled remotely from home using functional PACS and voice recognition systems. Opportunities exist for academic growth and research, with compensation based on academic rank and experience, plus relocation expense reimbursement in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible in Radiology
- fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology
- strong clinical skills
- ability to work across imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging
- interventional procedures including joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, soft tissue/bone biopsy
- experience with resident education or interest in education
- availability for on-site or hybrid position with some remote duties
