Requires high school diploma, completion of 40-hour RBT training, ability to obtain RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Hourly pay $20-$23 after certification, with potential path to full-time as sessions grow; schedule 6pm-10pm, Monday–Friday, with remote growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
- Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
