Job Summary
Evening Receptionist responsibilities include performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the supervisor, coordinating work within the department and with others, providing courteous and professional customer service to residents and families, handling routine correspondence and inquiries, managing mail and bulk mailings, maintaining filing systems, and preparing materials for meetings. The role involves monitoring time and attendance for payroll, entering missed punches, coordinating room setups and refreshments for meetings, and contributing to processes that improve systems and overall culture. Requires a high school diploma or GED; two-year college coursework in business is preferred. A team-oriented, compassionate approach and strong organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
