Evening Receptionist

Answer telephone, determine call nature, and direct callers to appropriate individuals or departments. Maintain a current listing of critical residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition. Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate offices or resident rooms, and offer beverages as appropriate. Issue and collect identification badges for sign-in/out procedures. Report suspicious persons or information to the supervisor immediately. Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed. Work evening shifts from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in a part-time capacity at Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation's modern care center in Northwest Houston.
