Job Summary
Evening part-time Server/Host role in dining room for senior residents at The Highlands; duties include serving meals, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen, ensuring pleasant dining operation, following dietary standards, and providing empathetic, customer-focused service. Requires HS diploma or GED; 3-4 nights weekly 3:30–7:30pm; no late nights; pay up to $22/hour; benefits include PTO, health/dental, 401K with employer match, life insurance, disability, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Ability to pass drug testing and criminal record background check upon hire
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
