Job Summary
Train and coach employees, conduct quality inspections and site audits, and ensure cleaning services meet BINX quality standards. Support customers, address concerns, and assist with scheduling and staffing coverage while problem-solving operational challenges. Complete daily reporting to management and assist with cleaning duties when required. Manage company keys and access codes, maintaining reliability and punctuality throughout evening shifts. This hands-on leadership role supports our locally owned cleaning company in delivering exceptional service across North Bay.
Required Qualifications
- Valid G driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Clean Criminal Record
- Previous cleaning experience
- Available to work evenings and scheduled weekends

- Previous supervisory, leadership, training, or team lead experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
