Job Summary
Empty trash cans, dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, and clean/stock restrooms and break rooms. Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining a quiet, professional presence. Work evening shifts Monday through Friday from 5:15-5:30 PM until 9-10:30 PM, with variable lengths of 3.5-5 hours. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. This part-time role offers individual cleaning areas in Class A office or medical buildings using environmentally friendly products.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency required (English and Spanish)
- Ability to clearly and positively speak to other team members and supervisors/managers
- Ability to be on time to work and at work everyday
- Reasonable fitness: cleaners are moving and on their feet walking, bending, and squatting throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform duties quietly and professionally
- Must be available for evening shift (Monday through Friday starting at 5:15-5:30 PM until between 9-10:30 PM)
- Must be available for part-time hours (3.5-5 hours)
- Must be willing to work at one of our client locations in Indianapolis
