Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses tailored to resident needs. Administer medications correctly and demonstrate knowledge of drug protocols. Plan and provide education for residents, families, and caregivers regarding their care. Maintain standards of professional nursing throughout daily interventions and evaluations. Hold current state RN licensure in good standing with strong organization and communication skills in English.
