Job Summary
Evening shift Medication Aide provides assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and continence; administers medications and treatments under RN direction within scope of practice; follows the comprehensive care plan and documents per HIPAA; supports senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees; prioritizes and adjusts for changing needs and call lights; ensures PHI protection and compliance with facility policies; collaborates with TEAMember/manager and other staff to meet resident care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license in NE
- Active MA40 license in NE
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred
