Job Summary
The Evening Manager is responsible for directing and managing all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff duties, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and overseeing product freshness and merchandising for optimal sales. Candidates must have at least 1 year of retail management experience and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like pallet jacks is essential.
