Job Summary
Conduct evening lobby maintenance from 12pm to 8:30pm, including deep cleaning assigned areas, buffing and shampooing floors, and shampooing furniture. Set up and maintain complimentary lobby functions such as coffee service and nightly concierge events, while delivering service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests. Operate the shuttle van when needed, handle luggage assistance, and manage 'Lost and Found' items per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Clean public restrooms, ensure equipment is stored properly, and turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end. Submit daily assignment checklists and attend management meetings as required. Maintain high personal grooming standards and approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
