Evening Kitchen Team Member at Chick-fil-A in Holland, MI. Responsibilities include preparing fresh food with speed and accuracy, operating kitchen stations (prep, boards, fry), maintaining food quality and consistency, packaging dine-in/carry-out/c catering orders, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, assisting leadership with shift changes and closing duties, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations while adhering to Chick-fil-A standards. Must work well in a fast-paced environment, be dependable and team-oriented, have a strong work ethic, maintain attention to detail, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs. Availability required for evenings, with shifts between 2:00 PM and close, including Fridays and Saturdays. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
