Job Summary
Be assigned to kitchen stations like fryers, grills, or the sandwich station and master each before rotating. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while strictly adhering to food safety policies. Work collaboratively with the team to hit service times, communicate effectively, and pitch in to support colleagues. This role requires weekend and night availability, including closing shifts 2-3 times weekly between 11pm and midnight. You must be able to lift 20-40lbs regularly and stand for 4-8 hours. No criminal background is permitted, and legal employment documentation is required. Join a locally owned and operated Culver's where team members often stay nearly two years, gaining hands-on experience with the Local Owner/Operator.
Required Qualifications
