Job Summary
Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and buffing/waxing as needed in offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor walkways. Maintain cleanliness of all commercial, industrial, and residential spaces while ensuring supplies are stocked and organized. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to personnel and assist with minor repairs or painting tasks when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Work evening shifts Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm at $15/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with residential painting and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
